Throughout the month of June, student-athletes in grades 6–12 are participating in strength and conditioning training designed to build endurance, speed, and power while preparing for the upcoming athletic season. 🏋️‍♂️⚡

• Juarez-Lincoln High School
• Palmview High School

Participants are training with coaches and teammates while developing the skills, strength, and discipline needed for success on and off the field. ❤️🖤
